what's the poop?

We are not only aspirants to and embodyings of the divine, we also are poop bags, hosting in our bodies 2 to 3 pounds of poop at any given time. Uncoiled and stretched out we would be about 27 feet long -- a voracious eating machine at one end and a poop ejector at the other. Spiritual shit bags.

I've *never* pooped that much in one hour! Well, except after this last Thanksgiving dinner... ;-p

  3. So far "what's the poop?" has drawn more comments than any other Intranaut posting, even more than "perfect love." Who said the universe doesn't have a sense of humor?

  5. Greg, I thought this might happen. Folk can more readily make comments about the scatological than the eschatological. I can write a piece that makes my heart sing with happiness, joy, and understanding, post it here and get either no or one comment. I figure most folk are way too busy to think or contemplate meaning. Poop talk brings instant response because it requires no thought. I am the same way. No matter. My "job" requires that I write what I hear when I sit quietly and listen and post it here. It's on its own after that.
