The One differentiates into a multitude of Souls.

When I settle, center, clear, and open, I know this.
I love the One who ensouls me, who ensouls us.
I am simultaneously cellular and soulular.
I am an embodying of Spirit, of the Lifeforce.

The reminder to settle, center, clear and open is so very helpful in remembering how we embody the lifeforce. Its like tuning an instrument before you play. Suddenly you resonate with all that is around you, and separation fades away.
